Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Develop/transfer processfor new products by designing,purchasing of new equipment and fixtures or facility upgrade.
• Specify. design & purchase tools, fixturesfor HT process improvement.
• Followproject schedule. Keep tracking each step to ensure all the projects on time.
• Make the layout of productionline and facility according to requirement.
• Implement ECN management and maintain production routing in SAP system.
• Root cause analysis for corrective actions. implement poka-yoke for abnormal process or customer complants.
• Daily heat treatmentproduction line technical and quality issues solving on site.
• Manage manufacturing process, manpower and resource to determine the new project work range, milestone, budget & expenditures to meet program target to ME successfully lanuch new projects.

Background & Skills

• More than 5 Years relevant working experience and major in Mechanical engineeringrelatives.
• Familiar with systemic tools.
• Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin.
