Drytech International开发了该工厂的湿螺丝馈线,以应对铂金属金属(PGMS),镀铬和碱金属处理的材料的异常特征。该材料非常粘,具有像粘土一样的一致性,需要平滑地转移到干衣机中。此外,该材料不仅是从林波波省附近地区内的矿山收到的,而且还从南非姆普马兰加省的矿山中收到了超过300公里的矿山。在运输过程中,一些复合材料干燥,而另一些则保持湿。

速度更高和操作控制

BMG Electronics的现场服务技术员Juan Lerm设置的最终申请包括连接到22 kW电动机的三个螺钉和降低变速箱。主电机(中心电动机)由带有Profibus®和编码器选项的VLT®自动化驱动器FC 302控制。Profibus®Master是根据过程要求控制该电机的操作和速度的工厂控制系统。主电机配备编码器以增加其动态扭矩响应,并且该电动机的轴具有参考编码器,可测量实际的螺杆轴旋转速度。

“在此应用中,我们使用了8192 PPR Multiturn绝对编码器,” BMG机电部电子经理Mick Baugh解释说。“当湿馈器需要运行时,它通过PROFIBUS®为主变量速度驱动器(VSD)提供了'start'命令。主VSD然后将起始信号传达给追随者VSD。”

这两个追随者螺钉与VLT®同步控制器MCO 350选项连接到VLT®自动化驱动器FC 302,以及用于监视目的的Profibus®。主编码器都连接到MCO作为主参考,这意味着MCO 350卡监视主轴的速度。跟随器编码器安装在跟随器螺钉的螺杆上,这些编码器连接到每个相应的MCO作为反馈信号。

“此操作的方式是,自行车的方法有效地反映了主编码器:如果主螺钉轴以一定速度运行,则将其速度和匹配的追随者MCO卡监视,以使其与主轴与Master Refersion同步,”鲍尔说。

“如果申请处于警报状态,所有电动机将沿着停车,并且追随者的轴将失去同步。当给出启动命令时,主VSD具有五秒钟的延迟,因此螺钉会升高,并且应用程序本身会恢复同步。然后,根据PROFIBUS®信号,主会将速度参考提高到速度参考。”

如果在应用程序上进行了维护,则螺钉将不同步。对手动同步进行了编程,以便VSD可以进入第二个设置,现在可以将每个螺钉向前慢慢慢慢地慢跑,并反向以将所有螺钉放回同步位置。正确对齐螺钉后,技术人员只需按下同步按钮即可使驱动器一个新的零位置。当应用程序再次启动时,它将同步运行。
