丹麦最短的渡轮路线现在是电池电量的先驱。

自1958年以来,Venoe Ferry为北朱特兰(Northern Jutland)的Venoe岛提供了生命线。自2010年以来,目前的船只每年以30分钟的间隔运送乘客。六年来,它使用柴油来发电和推进,每年消耗90,000升的燃料。

转换为混合动力系统后,辅助发电机先前每天运行19个小时,现在每24小时运行20分钟。电池供电的渡轮交叉路口的排放水平明显降低,柴油消耗量每年减少20,000升。

该项目始于削减成本并通过减少辅助发电机的燃油消耗来削减成本并实现更可持续运营的动力。该过程是与Danfoss Drives,Eptechnologies,Super B,Hvide Sande Shipyard和Contractor Vest-El的合作开发项目。评估了渡轮,进行了广泛测试的电池供应和电源转换,最后配备了定制的混合动力发电系统。
