高效混合动力弹射器MS Goblin在散装运输推进的最前沿

对于Vranken家族的干货散装载体业务来说,进入混合动力推进是迈出了大胆的一步,该货物为莱茵河的内陆水道提供服务。由于创新的柴油推进系统,它已经快速支付了岩石的运营成本。

Vranken家族订购了Goblin女士的新建筑物作为他们的第一艘船Lutin MS,该船自2009年以来一直在运营。但是,由于他们想达到最低的运营成本,因此他们选择了创新的柴油电动推进系统MS Lutin上使用的传统柴油推进系统。

三种动力模式中的混合推进
混合推进系统将提供三种功率模式。通过将模式调整为航行条件来实现最佳性能。

  1. 电子模式
    在这种模式下,妖精无主柴油发动机运行,而是在发电机集上运行。主发动机和反向离合器失控,仅在电子模式中使用反向离合器的推力轴承。电子模式在航行时提供舒适性。发电机可以以可变速度运行,以减少燃油消耗并降低声学噪声水平。
  2. 柴油模式
    在这种模式下,妖精仅在柴油机上运行(常规)。然而,由于电子电机位于螺旋桨轴周围,并连接到螺旋桨轴上的弯头,因此电子机动器在柴油模式下航行时也旋转。因此,电子电机通过电子网格发电机Vacon微电网为车载电气系统提供了电源。在航行时,Vacon®Microgroid系统始终为车载电气系统提供纯50 Hz。这意味着柴油发电机集在船上以柴油模式运行时不需要运行。
  3. 混合柴油 +电子模式
    妖精具有柴油和电子模式的操作模式的优势。这种灵活性意味着它将所有可用的功率用于推进。主发动机以稍高的速度运行,旋转速度的那一部分使电子机能额外提升。在航行时,妖精可以在三种操作模式之间无缝切换。

一切都是由船舶分类协会编程和批准的,以确保所有操作正常运行。即使从全速到全速助手(在紧急情况下),它也可以从电子模式转换为柴油模式或混合模式。
